At FATIH KALEM INDUSTRY AND TRADE INC.;
The main objectives of our fair wage policy are:
a) Job size,
b) Performance,
c) Contribution to work,
d) Knowledge/skills and competencies,
By highlighting these concepts, the goal is to establish compensation, ensuring internal and inter-company wage balance, competitiveness in the market, motivation of employees, increased loyalty, and the acquisition of a workforce with appropriate competencies to achieve the company’s goals.
In the management of wages and fringe benefits:
a) Fair,
b) Objective,
c) Appreciating high performance,
d) Competitive, rewarding, and motivating
Criteria are taken into consideration. Discrimination based on language, race, color, gender, political ideology, belief, religion, sect, age, physical disability, and similar characteristics is not accepted as a criterion in compensation.
It is essential that the wages given to executives and employees at every level of the company are in line with the company’s internal balances, strategic goals, and employee performance.
Apart from the legal compensations prescribed by laws and regulations, a different compensation policy is not applied.
In determining the principles and criteria for the remuneration of top-level executives and creating salary proposals, international standards are taken as a basis, considering the knowledge, skills, competencies, experience level, scope of responsibility, compatibility with risk management structures, and problem-solving skills based on preventing excessive risk and effective risk management required by the duty.
