Prevention of Child and Youth Exploitation Policy

At FATİH KALEM INDUSTRY AND TRADE INC.;

  • In accordance with Article 85 of the Labor Law No. 4857, the “Regulation on Heavy and Hazardous Works” has been prepared, and as a result, child and young workers are not employed.
  • In cases of job applications or similar situations by child and young workers to our company, the “Regulation on the Procedures and Principles for the Employment of Child and Young Workers” prepared based on Article 71 of the Turkish Penal Code and Labor Law No. 4857 is applied, along with the Procedure for Combating Child Labor and Employing Young Workers.
  • In cases where it is determined that child and/or young workers have applied to work or have entered the working area through non-standard means despite not being employed, the following procedures will be followed:

a) Absolutely no benefit will be gained from children at any stage of production.

b) The material and moral rights of young workers will be fully protected and supported.

c) If child and/or young workers apply to our company, their school status will be queried, and support will be provided for them to attend school. If necessary, they will be directed to relevant institutions providing financial support.
