Personal Data Protection Law (“PDPL”)
Dear Customers, Business Partners, and Visitors;
Fatih Kalem San. ve Tic. A.Ş. (“Fatih Kalem”) attaches great importance to the protection of your personal data. In this context, we would like to inform you about your personal data and processing processes as the “data controller” under the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“PDPL”).
Processed Personal Data Depending on the commercial and/or contractual relationship between you and Fatih Kalem, we process the following data:
Identity Information: Name, surname, Turkish ID number, tax ID number. Contact Information: Your address, phone number, email address, and other communication details. Other Information: Personal data obtained within the scope of signature circulars, voice recordings of your interactions with our customer services through call centers or other channels. Processing Method and Legal Basis of Your Personal Data Within the scope of the commercial and/or contractual relationship between you and Fatih Kalem, your personal data may be processed by Fatih Kalem for the purposes stated below, in accordance with Article 5 of Law No. 6698, to establish and fulfill a contract between you and Fatih Kalem, to fulfill legal obligations, and within the scope of legitimate interests, such as developing products and services, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Your identity information and security camera footage are recorded for security reasons during your visits to our premises, and this data processing is limited to this operation.
At various events organized by Fatih Kalem for marketing and promotional activities, your personal data is collected by filling out printed forms, and this data is processed within the scope of your explicit consent. Our event forms, along with disclosure texts and consent forms, are physically presented to you.
Purposes of Processing Your Personal Data Your personal data is processed for the following purposes:
Conducting transactions and activities required by the commercial/contractual relationship. Fulfilling financial and legal obligations arising from the commercial/contractual relationship. Fulfilling our obligations regarding our services and products. Running the procurement process for orders. Contacting customers/dealers/sales points regarding orders. Obtaining orders through the virtual store and executing services. Making legal notifications to official institutions. Developing our services and products on a customer-specific basis, conducting customer satisfaction activities, sending gifts on special occasions, and promoting and informing about our services, products, fairs, and campaigns within the scope of marketing and promotion activities, and sending commercial electronic messages. YOUR RIGHTS UNDER ARTICLE 11 OF THE LAW AS A DATA SUBJECT Learning whether your personal data has been processed. Requesting information if your personal data has been processed. Learning the purpose of the processing of your personal data and whether it is used appropriately for its purpose. Knowing the third parties to whom your personal data is transferred, whether domestically or abroad. Requesting correction of your personal data in case it is incomplete or incorrectly processed. Requesting the deletion or destruction of your personal data within the framework of the conditions stipulated in the PDPL. Requesting the notification of the transactions made pursuant to the fifth and sixth paragraphs to third parties to whom your personal data is transferred. Objecting to the occurrence of a result against you by analyzing the processed data solely through automated systems. If you suffer any damage due to the unlawful processing of personal data, you have the right to request the compensation of this damage.
To exercise the rights mentioned above within the scope of the PDPL, you can fill out the application form on Fatih Kalem’s website and submit it, along with documents identifying your identity, to Fatih Kalem, Mahmutbey Mah. İstoç 2434. Sk. No:132/1 Aslan Plaza Kat:5 Bağcılar/Istanbul/Turkey, with a wet signature in person, by registered mail, or as a secure electronic signature via info@fatihkalem.com.tr.
